At Darzi House, every piece is made specifically for you, crafted with precision and care. As our products are made-to-order and cannot be resold or repurposed, we follow a strict No Refund and No Exchange policy, except in limited and valid cases outlined below and solely at the discretion of the company.

Reporting Timeline

Any concern must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery. Requests raised beyond this period will not be considered.

Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, or exchanges may be accepted solely at the discretion of Darzi House and only in the following cases:

Delivery of an incorrect size (different from what was ordered)

Delivery of a damaged or defective product

Receipt of a wrong product (incorrect style or incomplete set)

Where approved, returns or replacements may be arranged free of cost.
The company reserves the right to levy shipping or handling charges in cases under legal scrutiny, misuse of the policy, or exceptional circumstances.

Mandatory Proof Requirement

For complaints related to missing items, incorrect contents, or damage, a clear and unedited video recorded at the time of opening the parcel is mandatory. Claims without this proof will be rejected.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in valid cases stated above and strictly at the company’s discretion

Exchanges may be made for the same or a different product, subject to availability

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Because each order is made specifically for you and cannot be resold or repurposed:

All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable by default

This includes bespoke, customized, made-to-measure, and discounted items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted on subjective or unreasonable grounds, including but not limited to:

-Change of mind

-Dislike of color, fabric, fit, or design

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Cancellations requested beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

2) All urgent orders are final and cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded once confirmed.

Mode of Refund

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the same payment method used during purchase (online banking, credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are not accepted.
