1. Domestic Shipping

Ready-to-Ship Products

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Made-to-Order Products

  • Production time: 7–14 business days
  • Dispatch occurs after production is completed
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch

Note:

  • Free Shipping Across India
  • During festive seasons or high-demand periods, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended
  • For urgent orders, customers can contact our support team before placing the order to check availability of expedited processing

2. International Shipping

  • Shipping charge: ₹3,000 for orders below ₹25,000
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹25,000

Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 10–12 business days after dispatch

Customs & Duties

  • International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis
  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable in their country

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking ID/AWB number will be shared via email or SMS
  • Customers can track their shipment using the provided details

4. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timelines:

  • Delays may occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
  • In such cases, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues with the courier partner

5. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.

Darzi House will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
