Refund policy
At Darzi House, all products are made-to-order and tailored specifically for each customer. Due to the customized nature of our products, we follow a limited return and refund policy, as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product delivered is damaged or defective
- The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item or incomplete order)
- The product delivered is not as per the size ordered
All requests are subject to verification by our support team.
2. Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To raise a request, contact us with the following details:

- Courier Tracking ID / AWB Number
- Clear description of the issue

3. Proof Requirement
To process any claim related to damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery:
- Customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package
Claims without valid proof may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Since all products are custom-made, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Made-to-measure or customized products
- Discounted or sale items
- Products where no defect or error is found
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Preference issues (color, fabric, fit, or design)
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available only for eligible cases listed above
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Replacement timelines may vary depending on production time
6. Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase
- Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider
7. Shipping Charges
- In case of valid return or exchange (damaged/incorrect product), shipping will be covered by Darzi House
- In other cases (if applicable), shipping or handling charges may apply
8. Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed as production may begin
Important:
- Partial cancellations are not allowed
- Urgent or priority orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
9. Payment Terms
- We accept prepaid orders only
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
