At Darzi House, we offer both ready-to-ship and made-to-order products.

1) DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: These are available in our inventory and can be dispatched within 1–2 days of order confirmation.

Made-to-Order Pieces: Most of our collection is handcrafted and made to order. The standard production and dispatch timeline is 1-2 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design and availability of materials.Please note that during festive or peak seasons, timelines may vary slightly due to increased demand or production schedules.In case of urgent or time-sensitive orders, please reach out to our team — we’ll do our best to provide a suitable solution or expedited service whenever possible.

Note: Once a parcel has been handed over to our designated shipping partner, the standard delivery timeline is estimated at 3–4 business days. While we make every effort to support our clients in expediting shipments, any delays arising from the courier, logistics provider, or unforeseen circumstances remain outside our control. Accordingly, our brand shall not be held liable for such delays.

2) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, shipping is Rs.3000/- on purchases under Rs.25,000, and free on orders above Rs.25,000.

Shipping Timeline: 10-12 days

Import duties are not included in the prices for international orders (DDU basis). Recipients are responsible for paying import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by their country.
